Tri-Hex

Polyx™ Tri-Hex is a modular acoustic panel system featuring three-dimensional triangular panels that connect to form hexagonal units. Designed for versatility, each unit can be ceiling-mounted using threaded rods. Made from polyester fibers through tumbling, needle punching, and baking, the high-density fibrous network effectively absorbs sound and reduces reverberation. Available in 300mm x 300mm dimensions with a 12mm thickness, Polyx™ Tri-Hex panels are eco-friendly (Oeko-Tex® Standard 100) and fire-rated (EN 13501-1, Class B s1, d0), delivering an NRC of 0.65 (ISO 354) for superior acoustic performance.

Specifications

Sound Absorption Coefficient

Polyx™ is tested to ISO 354 Standards, which is the measurement of sound absorption in a reverberation room. The difference in the reverberation times is a measure of the amount of absorption in the room.
