Waffle Baffle

Polyx™ Waffle Baffle consists of interconnected meandering baffles designed to absorb sound and reduce reverberation. These ceiling baffles are easily installed into Unistrut channels for a streamlined setup. Made from high-density polyester through advanced tumbling, needle punching, and baking processes, Polyx™ Waffle Baffle features standard dimensions of 1200mm x 2400mm with a thickness of 9mm. Certified eco-friendly (Oeko-Tex® Standard 100) and fire-rated (EN 13501-1, Class B s1, d0), it delivers excellent acoustic performance with an NRC of 0.90 (ASTM C423). Ideal for enhancing sound quality in various environments.

Specifications

Sound Absorption Coefficient

Polyx™ is tested to ISO 354 Standards, which is the measurement of sound absorption in a reverberation room. The difference in the reverberation times is a measure of the amount of absorption in the room.
