Tessellate

Polyx™ Tessellate panels include three modular designs: Kite (900mm x 900mm), Tri (450mm x 450mm), and Hex (450mm x 780mm). These three-dimensional panels can be combined in various ways to create unique configurations. Made from polyester through tumbling, needle punching, and baking processes, they feature a high-density fibrous network that absorbs sound and reduces reverberation. With a 12mm thickness, Polyx™ Tessellate panels are eco-friendly (Oeko-Tex® Standard 100) and fire-rated (EN 13501-1, Class B s1, d0), offering an NRC of 0.40 (ASTM C423) for excellent acoustic performance.

Specifications

Several rectangular material samples in neutral and green tones, including PET polyester panels, are arranged on a white surface. A set of three green leaves rests near the center. Each sample is labeled Polyx.

Sound Absorption Coefficient

Polyx™ is tested to ISO 354 Standards, which is the measurement of sound absorption in a reverberation room. The difference in the reverberation times is a measure of the amount of absorption in the room.

Green fabric swatches, arranged from dark to light shades, are surrounded by various green leaves and small yellow flowers on a white background, evoking a natural, botanical, and eco-friendly feel—perfect inspiration for PET polyester panels.

Eco-friendly

We prioritize sustainability and eco-friendliness in our design and manufacturing processes. Made from eco-friendly recyclable materials, these products reduce environmental impact by minimizing waste and promoting long-lasting performance.

Projects

Our projects encompass a broad spectrum, spanning from new building constructions to renovations. These projects involve various spaces, such as offices, meeting rooms, cinemas, schools, and public areas.
Tessellate

Frequently Asked Questions

Polyx™ Tessellate is a PET acoustic panel system featuring repeating tessellated geometric forms that interlock seamlessly, creating visually engaging feature surfaces while delivering effective sound absorption for contemporary interior spaces.

The multi-angled tessellated surface increases sound interaction and diffusion across the panel face, allowing the recycled PET core to absorb sound energy efficiently, which helps reduce echo, control reverberation, and improve overall acoustic comfort.

Tessellate panels are commonly used on walls and ceilings in offices, education facilities, commercial interiors, creative spaces, collaboration zones, and feature areas, especially where designers want acoustic treatment that doubles as architectural expression.

Polyx™ Tessellate panels are manufactured from high-density recycled PET fibre, making them lightweight, durable, low-VOC, and environmentally responsible, supporting sustainable interior design and green building initiatives.

Yes, Tessellate panels are available in a wide range of colours and flexible layout configurations, allowing designers to create customised geometric patterns, feature walls, or large-scale acoustic installations tailored to both design intent and acoustic requirements.
